This challenge is completely online. I give you the tools you need to be successful. I will send you daily emails to check in. You are welcome to respond to emails with questions and I will do my best to answer them fully! 


What Is The Fee For This Challenge?


It depends on what you want:

-Foundation only (meals, emails, facebook group) = $28

Who Is The Challenge For?


Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. This program is about accountability! You set the expectation!


 

What Will Be Required Of Me?


During the 28-days you are encouraged to workout 3 times a week, while tracking your eating and following our nutrition plans (and making the changes appropriate to you).



I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Challenge?


Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and the watchful eye of Team Renon.


I've done the 28 day Challenge with you before, what is different?


Nothing. This is the same challenge as before. It may not be appropriate for you to do it again-- or may be it is-- please ask before you sign up!

Feel Extra 'Fluffy' from the winter months
